Dr. Frazier has nearly 20 years of experience in technical and organizational leadership, technology equity, startup coaching, and tech innovation. As an engineering leader, he has led technical teams on the development of the Aurora Supercomputer, in the development of trajectory data for the Space Shuttle across 13 successful missions, and in innovation programs that have saved engineering time through automation and process improvement. For communities, he has strategized and directed nearly half-million dollars in investments to deliver over a million dollars in value in the spaces of tech equity and empowerment, and he has directed tens of thousands of hours in skills-based volunteering and pro bono consultation. For companies, Corey drives strategic, equitable practices and community partnerships that create new business opportunities, drive employee retention, and reveal insights for product development.
