BRIEF BIO

Dr. Corey A. Frazier is a global technology leader and innovation executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling programs that turn emerging technology into measurable business and societal impact. He has led mission-critical engineering and AI initiatives across industry and government, including roles on NASA’s Space Shuttle Program and Intel's Aurora Supercomputer, where he has influenced AI strategy, product positioning, and multi-million-dollar innovation investments. A trusted advisor and compelling communicator, Dr. Frazier is known for translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for executives and stakeholders worldwide. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and is deeply committed to advancing equity, workforce development, and responsible technology adoption.

Dr. Corey A. Frazier is a global technology leader, innovation architect, and strategic executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling programs that connect emerging technology to measurable business and societal impact. He is renowned for translating complex technical challenges into clear strategic insights, shaping product and portfolio decisions, and leading high-visibility initiatives that drive organizational growth and customer value. 

 

Dr. Frazier's leadership spans advanced engineering programs, strategic AI initiatives, and mission-critical systems across industry and government. His early career included leadership roles on NASA’s Space Shuttle Program, where he guided trajectory design and risk integration for 13 successful missions - including STS-114 "Return to Flight" and STS-125 to service the Hubble Space Telescope, and later he led engineering teams on the Aurora Supercomputer's cooling systems and rack-level infrastructure design. At Intel, he has influenced AI strategy, competitive product positioning, and multi-million-dollar innovation investments while leading programs that deliver measurable outcomes for global customers and partners with a combined market capitalization of $5 trillion. 
 
A compelling communicator and trusted advisor, Dr. Frazier engages audiences through keynote talks, executive briefings, and thought leadership on AI, innovation, organizational strategy, and responsible technology adoption. His ability to bridge technical credibility with business understanding has made him a sought-after speaker and consultant for corporate, academic, and community leaders. 
 
Beyond industry, Dr. Frazier is deeply committed to community impact, equity, and workforce development. He serves on multiple nonprofit and state boards, including leadership roles with the Urban League of Portland, Oregon STEM initiatives, and university advisory councils. He is also a lifelong advocate for expanding access to STEAM education and professional opportunities for historically underrepresented groups. 
 
Dr. Frazier holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and an Intel-certified innovation coach and machine learning practitioner
